I grew up in Milpitas, CA with my parents and my younger brother. Upon graduating from Milpitas High (go Trojans!) in June of 2001, I decided to stay close to home and attended Santa Clara University, where I received my BS in Psychology in June of 2005. After that, I worked for Mid Peninsula Housing Coalition, working as an Education Specialist on three of the Palo Alto properties. Most recently, I was an Assault Prevention/Intervention Specialist at the YWCA Rape Crisis Center, where I was an advocate and peer counselor for survivors of sexual assault and their significant others. I am now the Family Partner Specialist for the Franklin McKinley team and enjoy my work with my families!
