Yolanda Hernandez is the Program Assistant for the San Jose Education Foundation. Yolanda has worked with the Foundation since 2005. Yolanda worked in Corporate companies for over 7 years and always had the passion to give back to her community. While juggling her corporate job at AMD, finishing college and being a Teachers aid for the Cupertino School District she decided to pursue her passion to give back. Born and raised in the East Side of San Jose, she was very aware of help that her community needed. Yolanda graduated from the National Hispanic University with her bachelors in Liberal Studies with the emphasis in Child development. When Yolanda is away from work, she loves to spend time with her husband, loves to bake cupcakes and loves to enjoy good jokes and laughs with her family and friends.
