Paul Humphries is the President of High Reliability Solutions at Flex (NASDAQ: FLEX). Most recently, Mr. Humphries served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources. In that capacity, he led Flex’s global human resources organization, programs, and related functions, including global loss prevention, environmental compliance, and management systems.
Mr. Humphries joined Flex with the acquisition of Chatham Technologies Inc. in April 2000. While at Chatham Technologies, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Operations for the mechanicals business. Prior to being appointed to that role, Mr. Humphries held several senior management positions at AlliedSignal, Honeywell, and Borg-Warner Corporation.
Mr. Humphries serves as Chairman of the Board for the Silicon Valley Education Foundation, a nonprofit that provides advocacy, programs, and resources for students and educators in the areas of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) and on the board of directors of Superior Industries International, Inc. Mr. Humphries holds a bachelor’s degree (Hons) in applied social studies from Lanchester Polytechnic (now Coventry University) and postgraduate certification in human resource management from West Glamorgan Institute of Higher Education.
