Homework Assistance

In partnership with Silicon Valley Afterschool, SVEF provides an after school homework assistance program at J.W. Fair Middle School. As studies have shown, the time period immediately following the release of students from school to early evening has been prime time for criminal and other harmful activities involving youth. SVEF aims at providing a safe place for students to frequent while providing the academic support our students need.

Certified teachers and program aids provide support in their classrooms. Students receive general homework assistance as well as one on one face time.
