WOMEN IN STEM 2025

Silicon Valley Education Foundation (SV[e]F) is excited to present Women in STEM Leadership 2025, taking place on March 27, 2025, at the iconic Computer History Museum in Mountain View, CA. This year’s theme, "STEMinists at Work: Bridging Talent and Opportunity," will bring together women leaders to explore the critical importance of gender equity in fostering fairness, ethics, and inclusion within the workforce.

The world of STEM is brimming with potential, yet persistent inequities hinder progress. Women, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds, remain vastly underrepresented in leadership roles, creating gaps in innovation, inclusion, and opportunity. Women in STEM Leadership 2025 will highlight how bridging these gaps is not only a matter of fairness but a driving force for ethical practices and a more inclusive and innovative workforce.

At the heart of this year’s event is the keynote address on the Neuro-perspective to Elevate Women in STEM Leadership. This thought-provoking presentation will delve into the intersection of neuroscience and leadership, unveiling how understanding neurodiversity can empower women to lead with authenticity and resilience. By challenging traditional paradigms, the keynote will highlight innovative pathways to foster inclusivity and dismantle barriers for women in STEM.

Through a blend of engaging keynote talks and a dynamic panel discussion, this event will provide attendees with actionable insights, tools, and connections to champion gender equity and pave the way for a future where all talent thrives. By spotlighting the stories and insights of trailblazing women in STEM, Women in STEM Leadership 2025 aims to inspire action and drive change toward a more inclusive and equitable future.

Join us for an empowering day of insightful discussions, networking opportunities, and actionable strategies to promote gender equity in STEM. Don’t miss this chance to be part of a movement that’s shaping the future of innovation by creating pathways for all talent to thrive.
